PROCESSING AND SHIPPING ORDERS

All orders are PROCESSED within 2-3 business days. After processing please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for SHIPPING.
Please allow 7-10 business days for international shipping.

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT IS GIVEN.
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns.
